Monica Noel

Independent Sales Director

Mary Kay Cosmetics Canada

Monica became a business owner at a young age and it’s a move she has never regretted.  She loves her dual responsibilities as a Beauty Consultant and a Sales Director with Mary Kay.  While providing makeovers and consultations to her own clientele, Monica also mentors more than 100 consultants – some of whom started out as her customers.  She really values and enjoys her long-term client relationships.

Introduced to Mary Kay while working as a jewellery wholesaler, Monica quickly recognized that this business opportunity had great earning potential and was also a lot of fun.  Starting out part-time, she was ready to give up her day job within just a few years.  Monica revels in the “incredible freedom” her work affords and she stays balanced by making “me time” a priority when scheduling her work.  Her advice to new entrepreneurs:  “Be consistent and never lose sight of your goal.  To stay focused, ask yourself:  Is what I am doing right now earning me money?”

Monica knows what it takes to achieve a big goal.  Her proudest work achievement was setting the goal and then attaining the status of #1 in personal Sales in all of Canada in 1999.  On a personal level, she treasures her amazing close friends and family, and her 30 year marriage with her husband.

Monica loves connecting at SWAN with women who have a passion for what they do and for life.  A health enthusiast, Monica’s own passions include cooking, mountain biking, golfing, gardening, travel and snowboarding.  She has also been known to go sky-diving!

Annie Kvick

Money Coach
Money Coaches Canada

Twelve years ago Annie Kvick and her husband moved from Sweden to North Vancouver – and they’ve never looked back.  The self-described ‘sports freak’ says that she really feels like she has it ALL here – the ability to hike, bike and ski in her own community is something she, and her growing family never take for granted. She has a big smile as she talks about her community here, and how it’s expanded  since  joining SWAN last year.

Annie is a money coach and educator. She loves to help people, especially women, organize their finances and establish a plan, so they can stop worrying about money. She acknowledges that we live in an expensive place, but believes that no matter what our circumstances, she can help us to discover where there may  be some opportunities  and develop a personal plan to save for the future.

As a former Financial Planner, she felt challenged to be able to give people the full support and all of the information they needed, because of the pressure to sell products.  Now, as a self-employed Money Coach, she gets real satisfaction from helping women navigate the world of finance with someone they can trust, move forward, reduce stress and live their best lives.

Money Coaches Canada is a Vancouver based organization with 22 associates across the country.
